Our Process
From farm to cup, every variable matters
We select only the finest beans, ethically sourced from farms and processing facilities that uphold rigorous quality standards, provide safe working conditions, and pay fair wages. Once the beans reach us, we handle them with care and store them in airtight bags to preserve freshness.
Each origin has a distinct character. We develop our roast profiles to bring out those unique qualities and highlight the flavors that make each coffee special. Whether you prefer drip, espresso, or something in between, our goal is to make every cup worth savoring.
Washed Coffee Bean Processing
The process begins with carefully sorted coffee cherries, which pass through a depulping machine to remove the outer skin and fruit surrounding the beans. The beans are then washed, often in volcanic spring water, before being spread on raised beds to dry.

Natural Coffee Bean Processing
After picking, the coffee cherries are carefully sorted to select the ripest fruit, then spread out on drying pads to dry in the sun. Once they reach a moisture content of around 10–12%, the dried cherries are sent to the mill, where the outer skin and remaining fruit are removed to reveal the beans inside.
